About AllyAllez

AllyAllez builds responsibility architecture where AI makes accountability denser.

We work with service-based organisations in Switzerland and the German-speaking region where AI, digitalisation and automation already create real effects while mandate, service logic, decision rights and structural coverage have not grown at the same speed.

The institution

The home of Organisational AI.

AllyAllez begins at the Mandate-Service-Liability knot and aims to move responsibility from personal compensation into viable structure.

DIAGNOSTIC ENTRY

Tom Kostrzewa

Tom is the diagnostic entry point, translator, conversation opener and closer. He helps exposed service leaders make responsibility readable before structural undercoverage becomes personal overload.

He is the author of Leonard, the Centurio — Responsibility without Mandate in the Age of Organisational AI and the developer of the Centurio Passage Assessment.

Service logic and lineage

AllyAllez’s service logic draws on Paul G. Huppertz’s theory of Servicialisation: rendering a service by bringing about a defined effect on a service object for an authorised service consumer at the moment of use.
