Interpares Passage

A discreet private space for mandate clarification under pressure.

A privately commissioned one-to-one mandate dialogue for exposed responsibility holders whose responsibility is real while mandate, service boundaries, liability, judgement and structural support have not grown at the same speed.

Your artefact

Interpares Mandate Boundary Map

Clarify what is yours to carry — and enter the sponsor conversation with a defensible mandate position.

The map makes explicit what belongs to your mandate, what you are carrying through implicit compensation, what remains structurally uncovered, where a boundary or escalation point matters, and what next move can be tested responsibly.

The Private Passage Note remains the protected supporting record.
The Mandate Boundary Map is the tangible expression of what has become clearer.

The four movements

From exposure to one viable structural condition.

01

Read the exposure

Where does responsibility actually land?

02

Make compensation visible

What is being carried privately and silently?

03

Clarify mandate and boundary

What is assignment, what is compensation, and what remains structurally uncovered?

04

Re-orient structurally

What one condition must change so the old informal logic does not simply continue?

What becomes possible

More than insight: a stronger mandate position.

At the end of Passage, the objective is not simply to understand the situation better. At least one relevant boundary, decision or escalation should no longer run through the same informal logic as before.

Personal Migrationsmacht

Passage strengthens your responsible ability to:

remain · limit · escalate · renegotiate · enter Gilde/Triage · change course

Where leaving becomes the responsible option, Passage can make that choice more legible. It is not career or exit coaching.

A defensible sponsor position

A clearer mandate position can materially improve the sponsor conversation.

Private evidence remains private unless the Centurio consents to a later sponsor-safe abstraction.

This supports clearer management and limitation of interfaces, handovers and accountability zones — and a next-state decision without a sponsor shortcut. A return path remains possible without exposing private material.

Real-world effect

Something relevant must run differently.

A successful Passage should result in at least one real change.

01

A different approval condition.

02

A clearer escalation point.

03

An explicit boundary.

04

An end to one form of silent compensation.

05

A more defensible next-state decision.

Passage has worked when the same situation can no longer continue through exactly the same informal logic.

What Passage protects

Private insight is not sales ammunition.

There is no Sponsor Bridge without the Centurio’s consent, a viable finding, first results and a credible service-unit trace.

A stronger sponsor position does not mean private Passage material becomes sponsor material. The bridge requires consent, abstraction and later evidence.

What if the problem is structural?

Does AllyAllez also build the organisational structure?

Yes — where the evidence shows that the problem is structural and the later gates support organisational work.

Interpares Passage itself remains a private space for mandate clarification. It is not an organisational transformation programme.

But AllyAllez does not have to stop at diagnosis. Where a concrete structural gap becomes visible, and where evidence, consent, organisational sponsorship and field access support the next move, AllyAllez can later work on the service architecture itself.

A first visible organisational proof piece

Service Unit Service Catalogue

Make explicit what the service must deliver, for whom, and under whose mandate — so responsibility no longer depends on personal compensation.

A Service Unit Service Catalogue can become a first tangible proof that a personal exposure has been translated into an organisationally buildable service question.

Service
What service is actually being provided?
Authorised service consumer
For whom?
Service object
On what object is the intended effect created?
Intended service effect
What must become different at the moment of use?
Mandate
Who may act, approve, stop or escalate?
Responsibility boundary
Where does responsibility bind?
Contribution Layers
Which human, partner, IT, data or AI contributions participate?
Judgement
What service-bound human judgement must remain available?

This is not an early Passage deliverable and not a direct upsell. It belongs to later organisational work when the case has legitimately crossed that boundary.

Commercial framing

The cost is not eight weeks. The cost is continued compensation.

CHF 2,200 is comparatively modest when the alternative is continued private payment through:

time · repeated checking · decision risk · loyalty · reputation · delayed escalation · reduced mobility

The relevant question is not whether eight weeks of conversation are worth CHF 2,200. It is whether continuing to carry an unresolved structural gap privately is the cheaper option.

Not coaching, therapy, an HR programme, a course, a leadership curriculum or unstructured conversation.
