Frequently asked questions

Clear boundaries before the next step.

AllyAllez is exact about what its category, entry forms and diagnostic work do — and what they do not do.

Is AllyAllez an AI consultancy?+

No. AllyAllez works on Organisational AI: the mandate and judgement architecture required when AI makes contributions and accountability more visible in service-based organisations.

Is the Centurio a personality type?+

No. The Centurio is a structural location in the service flow where responsibility, decisions and consequences land. Different people may occupy that location at different moments.

Is a Centurio Briefing a free assessment?+

No. It is a focused conversation that opens language and orientation. It provides no score, report, diagnosis or finding.

What does the CPA cost?+

The CPA costs CHF 500. If Interpares Passage begins within 30 days, the CPA fee is credited towards Passage.

What happens after the CPA?+

The result may be Interpares Passage, a personal follow-on path, an organisational path, a defined return point or no fit. The recommendation follows the finding, not a product target.

Is Interpares Passage coaching?+

No. Passage is a privately commissioned one-to-one mandate dialogue over eight weeks. It clarifies the personal consequence of structural undercoverage and enables a viable next step.

Will private findings be shared with my organisation?+

No. Private material is protected. A later sponsor conversation requires consent, a viable finding, first results and a credible organisational path. Private insight is not sales ammunition.

Can the CPA evaluate our AI vendor or technology stack?+

No. The CPA may identify where a provider or model change would destabilise mandate, service effect, liability, judgement or switchability. It is not a vendor audit, technical due diligence or exit roadmap.

Where does Leonard fit?+

Leonard is the narrative thought space and book that makes responsibility without mandate recognisable. He supports reference power, conversation and speaking relevance; he is not a separate service.
